  • We are an organization dedicating to ensuring providers have the necessary administrative support for their practices so they are able to focus on giving quality mental health care to their patients.

  • Start by contacting our team through the form listed above on this page. We’ll reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule a 20 minute call and if you decide we’re a good fit, we’ll kick off the insurance credentialing process.

  • Comet provides four aspects of support:

    1. Credentialing- we will handle credentialing with five major insurance companies (Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, and United Healthcare)

    2. Billing- We can take care of billing for all patients on these panels

    3. Scheduling- Patients will be able to schedule with you directly

    4. Marketing- We will market your practice on our website

  • We work with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare.

  • We’ll handle your insurance credentialing for $175 per panel ($875 for all 5 panels) and then will take care of billing for 5% per claim.

  • Reimbursement rates vary by geography and license type.

  • You’ll be considered a 1099 independent contractor. To get started, you’ll need to sign our Independent Contractor Agreement.
