We are an organization dedicating to ensuring providers have the necessary administrative support for their practices so they are able to focus on giving quality mental health care to their patients.
Start by contacting our team through the form listed above on this page. We’ll reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule a 20 minute call and if you decide we’re a good fit, we’ll kick off the insurance credentialing process.
Comet provides four aspects of support:
1. Credentialing- we will handle credentialing with five major insurance companies (Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, and United Healthcare)
2. Billing- We can take care of billing for all patients on these panels
3. Scheduling- Patients will be able to schedule with you directly
4. Marketing- We will market your practice on our website
We work with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare.
We’ll handle your insurance credentialing for $175 per panel ($875 for all 5 panels) and then will take care of billing for 5% per claim.
Reimbursement rates vary by geography and license type.
You’ll be considered a 1099 independent contractor. To get started, you’ll need to sign our Independent Contractor Agreement.
